When Its Not A Frozen Shoulder....
8 Answers
I have suffered in the past with a frozen shouder, this time around it feels different, I can feel a pulling sensation from the middle of my shoulderblade, to the top of my shouder, it feels like there is something tight around my bicep and pain is very bad, right to my elbow. Anybody any ideas?

Pain around your right shoulder blade can mean that you've ruptured your spleen. However, as you're clearly still alive and conscious, it's about a billion times more likely than either of those that it's just a pulled muscle in your back ;-)
