dvd burning

I use Nero to burn downloaded movies to DVD, but nearly every time I play the burned disc the audio is about 1 second out of sync.It cant be the file itself because if I play the movie direct from the downloaded file on my laptop, there is no sync problems.I only purchased a new version of Nero last week, do I ned to do something to the settings in Nero?Any help would be most appreciated.

If its Nero 7 its FULL of bugs, and ive dropped back to Nero 6.2.1 now.

I've also dropped back down to Nero 6 from 7.0 - wasn't happy with it at all. (Nero 6.6.0.18 - patched from Internet updates).
