Passport School Form Help?

Have to fill in form for school trip. Asks for passport number - got that. date of issue - got that. Place of issue?? No idea - did whole thing through Post Office. So what do I put??

Just had a look at my son's passport, there's no place of issue, ness they mean UK/GBR.

No idea! Do they mean the passport office that processed it as I dont know where the P.O sent it lol.

Does it say UKPA on it? I'm sure thats what I have put before, assume it stands for UK Passport Office.

I have it in my head that it's Portsmouth or Plymouth or maybe Norwich. Sorry.

I think you just put UK. I think it means where issued I.e which country

It's probabaly an old form. Didn't you used to have to apply to the specific passport office for your area (mine was Cardiff I think) but now it's just the passport Agency. Put UK or GBR

I've had a look on the web and cannot find an obvious answer.

I suggest you put London as this is the primary office of the Passport office.

Don't put the Post Office you used as their input was only to confirm that the form was filled in and the photo fulfilled the criteria.

....catching up with other answers. Stating issuing office as UK will do fine, as long as you distinguish between a UK issued passport and an overseas one you'll be fine. The passport number will reveal this anyway.

Apparently it's on your passport.
This old but it looks like either GBR or UKPA.
