can anyone help or point me in the right direction, i am after a piece of tube between 14-16 inch, and about 24 inch long, i have looked everywhere but don't seem to be able to find any, can anyone help

I'm assuming by 14-16 inches, you mean in diameter?

What material do you need it made from? Plastic? Metal?

Try looking up DIY stores, preferably the ones who supply to the trade. I'm thinking sections of things like drainage/sewage/air conditioning pipes.
