All women: Has anyone resorted to liposuction to reduce the size of the upper arms, please?  I see from past questions and answers that there's not much hope in the conventional exercise way. I'm thankful that sleeveless dresses are not called for this year.  It is a problem for me over this last few months and as I am slim the sight of my upper arms in the mirror is very disagreable. I am an older woman and it does seem par for the course.
