Just recently I have been unable to download quiz attachments on e.mails,and as I am useless at the working of a computer I wonder if any-one can suggest what the problem might be, because I have a friend who is conversant with technology and as yet he can't see why this is happening. He is coming to see me againnext week and I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what he might try . I have Internet Explorer 7 and whilst I can see the quiz, it keeps saying 'Retry' and if I try to print off what I can see it only prints a small section.... It won't go to 'fit the page'. Hope this makes sense to some-one. I now have about 6 quizzies waiting to down-load. Thank-you for listening.

Could you try another browser, maybe Chrome or Firefox, that might solve the problem.

Also check:
