No its been confirmed and announced that he is to be buried in Leicester Cathedral - sorry York!
yes, I have watched it tonight, very compelling viewing. Yes, agree about that Phillipa woman, she was visably distraught at seeing his bones laid out on the table, thought she was a bit ott about it all.
i dwti and found fascinating. great stuff.
I've been out and missed the programme
Was the skeleton intact, or will it be a case of Richard III part I?
I thought he was in a cage on Whitby seafront....
Don't be silly shoota, there are no cages on Whitby seafront. Perish the thought.

They are up a back street
Mebbe it was Scarboro.....
Definitely one of the two.
Stone statue in a metal cage frightened the bejasus out of me when I was a nipper.
Watched it. That woman was a bit obsessive wasn't she? I've always thought Richard III had a raw deal - what is it they say? History is always written by the victors! Plainly Shakespeare was writing for a Tudor court, I hope now that the truth about his reign will come out now. It took quite a man to look after the North of England at that time and he was well regarded by the people in the North at that time, he was even mourned by the people of York. It seems highly implausible that those people would have held him in such high esteem had they thought him a murderer of children.
interesting take on the royal line, he was robbed basically, but what was with the goofball with the wild hair, who the heck was he? and was that woman doing an impression of meryl streep? neither one was any kind of scientist i know that
Wasn't the guy with the hair merely a presenter?
I wonder how things mighthave been had Tudor lost at Bosworth - their claim to the English throne was tenuous
Question Author
Apparently the "guy with the hair" is a presenter on "Horrible Histories" programme - according to my OH..........??
I think by the end of this documentary, the guy with the big hair was definately gonna shag Phillipa.
Question Author
