Hi,

I am on allofmp3.com trying to download an album but it has asked me to choose between:

mp3, 192 kbit/s mp3, 320 kbit/s wma, 160 kbit/s wma, 192 kbit/s iPod AAC, 192 kbit/s iPod AAC, 320 kbit/s

All I know is that it is an IPOD Nano!!

Any help please!

mp3 - 192 kbit/s is the one I use, and should be okay. Although my mp3 player is an Archos not an Apple
If you use iTunes as your player you can download 'CD quality' and right click on each track (one at a time) selecting 'convert to AAC' once they are in your iTunes library (you can then delete the much larger mp3 file) or you can choose to download mp4 (which I think is AAC). For burning CDs you can use either format.
