A chap I know went to a local Beer Festival He said he only made 3 mistakes. Pints instead of halves, trying all the beers on offer and trying to walk home (he ended up in a ditch)
I know some one in Kent (nr Rochester) went to the pub with his mate when he was in his 20s, borrowed his father's Merc.

Next morning, he was woken by his old man throttling him in bed. "What the feck have you done to my car?"

"Nothing Dad, I drove it home."
The old man pulled him out of bed and down to the garage; there was the car - minus the passenger door.

"Oh God, what has happened to Steve?"

They jumped in the mother's car and retraced the route; there was his mate in the ditch, still asleep, the door nearby.

They had driven home blitzed and, on the way back, he had obviously opened the door, rolled out, and then the door had hit a tree and was wrenched off.....at least the mate was safe, not even bruised.
