Once again I fall for another useless UK Government web site Grrrrrrr
Time to renew driving card photo.
Ah ...you can do it on-line , if you have a current passport less than 5 years old.
So find web site..
Fill in Name / Address / DOB/ NI Number / Passport Number / Driving number / Paper part of lic number /photo card number / credit card details / username / password/ Place of birth / telephone number (day and evening) ....
Click final page and it hangs on me and then times out !!!!!

Oh joy oh joy .....

Yes web page was valid and not a hackers redirect ...I hope

Tried again and this time got 50% in and it hangs Grrrrrrrrrr

Still lets think about this logically.

Anyone working in public service IT for the poor money they pay is there because they can't cut in the real world ....so quality as expected ...

oh well will pop into post office and do it next week :-)

I have had the same photo for 10 years plus. How do you go about changing it if you have no passport?

Photo ID on driving license has an expiry date.
Once invalid you can be fined up to £1000 if stopped by the police.
You get a reminder form in the post from the DVLA.
This allows you you to renew via
post
on line (ha bloody ha)
post office (they can take your picture also)
