Thermostat Wars

Mrs McM has taken to turning down the thermostat in the house (and I freeze) but she turns up the stat in the extension where she works. Her logic is that I should load up with layers of woolies. Meanwhile she is in tropical bliss in a T-shirt.

IMO both should wear woolies, still realise the house is too cool, and turn the heat up to a reasonable level.

Disconnect the roomstat, and wire another one somewhere near (secretly).
She'll continue to fiddle with the old one to no effect ;o)
