Have installed the latest version of Java 7 Update 13 but still no use??

I assume you are attempting to submit direct from your Web Browser. If so, what browser are you using?

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer you could also try downloading and installing a different browser such as:

http://www.opera.com/
or
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Think we have sorted it now - uninstalled old Javas that were present on our system and then reinstalled the latest version - my entry hasn't bounced back this time so here's hoping!
We are on firefox.
