Good morning all from the windy North.

Murray, I hope today goes well for dad. Keep your chins up.

Dave, I know someone who could help with your bay window - she has tools in her handbag.

I hope you all have a great day xx

Hi to everyone that's joined since my last post...lost connection fora while....and thank you all for your kind words.xx
Morning Mrs OverOptimistic - I can't afford to get the builders in should the whole bay spontaneously collapse ... so I'll soldier on alone :)
Morning Alba.
I am doing great thanks. I'm still not firing on all four cylinders but I am getting there xx
(hopes Dave's DIY skills are better than his Scrabble skills)
morning all, its taken me a good 10 mins to read everyone's posts.
Welcome back albs you have been sorely missed, minty love to dad x, dicky I hope the foot is getting better by the day, bernie thats great news that little Nayla is home she must be really happy, the parents too, spikey count me for brekkie at yours.
Our news isnt so good hospital rang CS yesterday about 5pm the blood results were back from Monday and he has to stop the new tabs immediately as the creatins are way too high and we have to go back tom to hosp for another blood test in readiness for our next appt on Monday, not looking good folks and poor CS is so depressed as he thought, as I did he was getting better instead it looks like one step nearer dialysis but I have not said this to him, we will take it one stap at a time.
on a lighter note we have to take Taz to the vet today for a check up as he is out of tablets for rheumatism & ear drops, and cream for his "pencil" area should be fun as he hates the vet and refuses to get out the car for starters.Dont want to think about the bill !
Y'all have a good now folks.
I've now a lovely image of Dave using one of Mrs O's cylinders to sort his bay out :-D
Good morning all and its yet another breezy one here, it was fairly whistling around last night. There were no trees down though, as far as I could see, when I came in last night.

Take care, minty, it's so boring doing what you have to go through - I had this with the f-i-l when he had a three-way bypass and then two weeks later, a six hour cancer operation. Not exactly entertainment centres are they?
Morning Dee xx
Absolute bummer about CS. I wish you both well and hope they can sort out CS without dialysis. MIL was on it, took a while for her to adjust, was very tired for the first month but soon rallied.
The younger alba's pal has a mutt who occasionally gets his 'lipstick' out in the pencil area!

Morning DT xx
Good Morning all dull and damp here in Leics but can cope with that. Grandson and dad going to that match at Wembley tonight England and Brazil. I rarely watch football unless it is finals but will be watching this one. Have a safe day all.
Morning Wendi xx
I'm sure you'll make sure they wrap up warmly. Hope they have a great time x

I'm offski to see what I can ignore doing :-D
Take care folks xxxx

So sorry to hear that Dee...best wishes to you both xx

Morning Alba nice to see you back. I had a fault on my phone but did not keep me off internet . Took BT with there tag a long open reach company nearly a week to sort it out the reading said fault was 22 metre from house they could not find that box in the end the fault was bottom of srteet. They were going round in circles scratching there heads. I would have thought they would have had plans where all the boxes are.
Morning DTx
