Do you wash your pillows or do you just throw them away and buy new ones? I never find they go back to the right shape after washing them, no matter how much you try and plump them up. Ive even tumble dried them straight after washing but they still go a bit odd shaped. So I just renew them now.

I use pillow protectors to catch all the dribble and throw the pillows out when they start to go flat.
Me too Ummmm would never sleep directly on pillows or mattress without covers + sheets.

They are so cheap to buy nowadays that you can afford to change them on a regular basis.

murphys old pillows go out, she gets mine and i get new :-)
I use pillow protectors and cases.
I use pillow protectors and a pillowcase under the top pillowcase. I pay a bit for my pillows although I don't know why because I can never sleep! :/
My pillows are feather/down, so take them to the Launderette occasionally. Always have two pillowcases on them to try and protect them too. They come back like new.
I throw them away - but where do you put them in the recycling? Which bin?
