Slimming world password

I was suppose to start slimming world last week, but couldnt make it. Does anyone know the password so i can look at some recipes.

Yeah im gonna give it one last go.

Becasue i work with my mum from home, before i have found it very hard to do the diet and her even not dieting or trying another diet like the Atkins, So she said she would try the SW diet with me. It was a lot easier both doing it together. So now she wants to rejoin SW and wont give WW a try.

So fingers crossed this time it works, it has done before for me, i lost a stone then met my boyf and have put 2 on!!!!

How's WW going for you?

Ive lost half a stone so far but i put 3 on over xmas!! Oops nevermind, it was christmas at least i lost some before and im getting back into it now.

Well i hope it all works out well for you, it always helps to go with someone, i go with a friend. good Luck x x

I did my own thing last week and did well, but I've also just bought the Paul Mckenna book and CD, only half way through the book today, but it's very easy to read and it has rave reviews. I can let you know how I get on with that if anyone's interested. Good luck girls and guys, and anyone who's trying to change their life for the better! x

rebajayne, this weeks password is haddock. They gave us that last Thursday so son't know when it will be changed but it has worked for me today.
