Don't Badmouth Yodel!

I often see criticism of Yodel as a delivery/courier service.
They aren't all bad...
I missed a delivery yesterday,and did not see the 'missed you' card until late. There was a contact for the driver,but I decided to text them this A.M.
I did not have much hope of getting my parcel as on the website the next delivery date was given as the 18th.
I had a text back saying the parcel would be delivered 'sometime' later today.

The driver just arrived,and turned out to be a nice lady who came out of her way to get it to me today.
If there is a way to praise her to Yodel-I will.

All delivery drivers are different , we had a really noughty old Eniglish bloke who was as difficult as possible , now we have a really kind Polish lad who couldn'tbe more help full. Yodel is ok by me !
