For Those With Blocked Eye Glands

I can remember seeing a few people post about this previously.

At my last eye clinic appointment it came up again that my eye glands are blocked, said the oil is too thick (like cold olive oil apparantly) so contributing to my dry eye problems. Diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction.

He recommended buying an eye bag product to help, it's like an eye mask but it is microwaveable so it stays warm for much longer than using a hot flannel.

I bought one online for just under £13 and it's brilliant! My eyes haven't felt so dry and feel less swollen and irritated.

Thought I'd pass it on in case anyone else has similar issues.

thanks for that jenna,i have Blepharitis so may help me as i cant be doing with the hot flannels twice a day,which website is it please if you have a link,many thanks.
