You are trying to get in contact with any company within the UK, they use expensive contact numbers, would you look for their Free Phone Numbers, or would you just pay the cost?

My Talktalk phone package gives me free call so 0845 and 0870 numbers, and I believe BT does too.

I always look for an alternative number, other than 0870/0845 - I have a great app on my mobile that gives you an alternative number if all you have is an 0845.
