Have You Ever Walked Out Of A Restaurant?

Mr O took me out for a meal to a restaurant with an open kitchen, where you could see the staff at work. He went off to the loo and was followed in by the chef. The chef went into a cubicle and going by the grunting noises followed by a splash, Mr O deduced the man was having more than a wee. The chef then left the cubicle and the loo and went straight back into the kitchen and resumed cooking.....without having washed his hands.
Mr O hustled me out of the restaurant so fast my feet didn't touch the ground.

Yes, a seafront restaurant in Mi**is Bay, we were shown to our table, sat down, looked around as you do at fellow diners and spotted at the next but one table were two middle aged ladies with a largish dog sat between them, had its own chair and plate and was happily scoffing bits of their meals.
Won't be going back there that's for sure

From a cafe where I went with friends for coffee. The milk here comes in 500 l plastic sachets so the man making the coffee bites the corner off to pour the milk out. We were up and out in a flash.

We once walked out of one in Scarborough only last Sept. We had waited so long for the meal to arrive, then when it came it wasnt worth eating, so we just put the plates on the counter in front of others customers waiting to order, so they could see them. My OH muttered something to them all and we both walked out but unfortunately we had already paid on ordering. We should really have demanded our money back but the look on the faces of the staff and the waiting customers was worth it !

Did you hear about the Irishman ? he paid for his meal and tried to sneak out without eating it .

Mrs BT and I waited 40 minutes in a fish and chip restaurant for our lunch to arrive, after 3 customers who arrived after us were served before us, we upped and left, never to return.

The restaurant has wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor, not from us though!
