How can i get into bar management without having to start as a barmaid again and work my way up? Is there any courses i can do??

Breweries often advertise in the local press for people wishing to be trained in bar management. My tip would be to phone round the breweries and ask if you could put your name down for their next round of interviews .............. mines a pint :-)
