There are problems, failure to set up new recipients, on Internet Banking.
A web site, worryingly, is asking for permission to download " apple quick
time " .
Anyone know what this is.
Please do not suggest that the originator's bank or the recipients bank be
contacted - they have been as useful as an elastoplast on a wooden leg.

Thanks DOLLIE65, it is strange that it asks for permission only when Internet Banking is used.
Thanks again.
Instead of downloading from the Banking site you could download and install Quicktime direct from the official Apple Website:

http://www.apple.com/uk/quicktime/
Quicktime is fine, maybe they use it for help video or instructions on using their service.

Thank you PINKYBOYID and RATTER15.
Downloaded it from the Apple Website.
Still no success.
Will have to again, speak to people who are as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
What is the banking website?

It may be worth checking that you have 'Cookies' enabled in your Browser. Which browser are you using?
Question Author
Internet Explorer PINKIBOYID, with AVG Secure Search.
Question Author
Sorry, that should be Google.
If you still have the problem, try a test using a different browser to see that works for you.

Suggest you try Firefox or Opera (or even Both!)
