Elements of the membership programme seem designed to part you from your money, and some people claim that it is difficult to follow.
If however you think that the group focus will help you, it might be worth it.

I have struggles with my weight for over 40 years. 2 years ago I decided enough was enough and I knew that I had to stop putting the 'naughties' in my mouth! Choccies, biccies, sweeties, crisps etc. But due to health issues exercise was out of the question and previous weight loss had been achieved with both diet and exercise. You can eat all foodstuffs but in the right proportions. I love soup so, cereal or porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch and a cooked meal at teatime. You don't have to make your own soup either, tinned from the supermaket is just as good. Within 15 months I had lost 3 stone and I can now have the odd treat or two. You can do it but you have to have the right mindset. Forget paying to be weighed, in this economic climate that money will pay for your food for a day.
Hi Susan well done - that is exactly what I'm doing and yes it works - I've lost 16ibs since the 1 January. My diet is exactly the same as yours even down to the supermarket soup now and again. I have been dieting since i was 6 years old when the doctor put me on slimming tablets I have been on every diet going and have tried hypnosis; acupuncture; xenical; psychotherapy- you name it I've done it. I am also snacking on fruit - this is working - like you I have restricted movement so I can't exercise - at the moment - keep it up - or should I say down
