Pancake Day

Did everyone remember its pancake day today?
Do you have lemon and sugar on them or do you have something else, a bit more adventurous.?

We usually had proper lemons, Canary42, but I could occasionally persuade my mum to buy the plastic ones. When you're a kid, something which can make an improvised water pistol is far more important than any fresh fruit is ;-)

I cooked pancakes stuffed with prawns and mussels with chopped red onion, red pepper, garlic in a cherry tomato and chilli sauce, delicious!
