Police said I was doing 90 mph wen I wasn't?! Their was two officers and they came onto the m2 and I moved over and eased off the gas "was doing about 80". Then ten miles later the same police offices said I jumped a red light, I did not!!! "It was amber and the police wouldn't have see even if I did.

My point is if these offices say I did 90mph why didn't they pull me over 14 miles earlier? If they say I jumper a red light why did they not pull me straight away?

As soon as I got out the car within a minute the officer highlighted I was know by the police! I feel victimised!

Also on the ticket it said Id jumped a red light and other offences it said I was doing 90mph...this makes it look like I was doing 90mph through a red light doesn't it? So when it gets sent off to the traffic offence department try could do me for dangerous driving?! I'm a lorry driver and don't need this! Please advice.... :(

Maybe they were prepared to overlook one offence but not both?
I'm struggling to understand the post really, I assume English is not your first language but sorry mate if you are a truck driver, you've just scared the bejesus out of me!
>>>It was amber and the police wouldn't have see even if I did

It's still a criminal offence to go through an amber light unless you can show that it was actually unsafe to stop. (I've driven over a million miles but I doubt that I've been through on amber more than a couple of dozen times). So the police don't need to show that the light was red anyway.

>>>why didn't they pull me over 14 miles earlier?

Possibly because they wanted to record your driving on their cameras, with a view to prosecuting you for other offences (such as driving without due care and attention, or dangerous driving) as well as for speeding. Or possibly because their control centre had told them that they might be required to assist at an incident somewhere else, so they couldn't stop you until they'd been released from other duties.

>>>when it gets sent off to the traffic offence department try could do me for dangerous driving?

While the CPS can review all evidence which is placed before them, and then institute or amend charges, the police normally indicate the highest level of offences which they believe is appropriate. It's unlikely that a 'dangerous driving' charge would result now.

You admit to exceeding the speed limit on a motorway and failure to comply with the amber light alone, which is not an offence if you believed to stop may cause an accident, but in some circumstances may amount to careless driving, failure to stop when the lights are amber and/or red is an offence, even when the light is green you should only proceed with due regard for the safety of others. The police will have corroboration; you could check that the police vehicle speedometer is properly calibrated if you have cause to doubt it is. I think the best advice I can give is to plead guilty at the earliest opportunity of those offences that you admit and offer whatever mitigation you may have.
The offence of dangerous driving is serious as it involves a lower standard of driving than careless driving, the offence is committed if a person drives in a manner far below what would be expected of a competent and careful driver.
