My laptop went in for repair on 23rd Jan (at about 5pm) under a warranty that states it must be back fully repaired within 21 days or they have to replace it with a new one. It came back on 5th feb. I took it home and found various (minor-ish) faults, some old ones and some new. I took it back on 7th feb (at about 5pm), and the 21 day period continues (doesn't re-start)..
So, I've heard nothing. If I ring them they may rush through the repair and return it, but I want a replacement.
