How To Stretch Trainers
3 Answers
Hope someone has some ideas for this one,I got my new foot splint(It helps support my collapsing ankle) and despite already having trainers 2 sizes too big for me,AND the in sole taken out I still cannot bear to wear it for longer than 15 minutes-Ouch!
It has to be the way it is(the splint) because of the angle that my ankle is now so it is difficult to get in the trainer, but there are bits of the trainer that are a bit too tight.
So,any ideas on how to stretch the toe part of the trainer? It is leather and that woven mesh stuff.
Thanks
Aya

I am one of those people that at the moment is happy to lol around wearing what is comfortable, and my physio agrees.
My ankle has collapsed sideways,so walking is rather difficult to say the least, never mind warranting walking shoes and socks.
Blimey,I have been wearing some rather disgusting sandles and I will NOT go outside in them!
