Changing Gear - Starts Of Stiff But Gets Easier

When the car is cold and I put it into gear, it takes a bit of effort but once the car has been running a while shifting gear is a lot easier/ smoother.
The clutch doesn't seem to be slipping and changing gears up / down seems ok once things warm up.

Is this a problem with the clutch or gear box? Anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks

When the gear oil gets cold it becomes thicker and so makes selection of gears harder. If after a few miles things dont get better then it may require investigation.
