What is your view on Zantrex 3 and Zotrim - contemplating one of the two and all sales site don't seem to give impartial advice.

i tried Zantrx 3. one of its side effects is that if you eat very fatty foods you get "anal leakage" because it helps prevent your body absorbing fat from food, so it makes everything slippery. yuck. And it made me quite shacky and light headed and feel a little bit sick! Couldnt cope with side effects so didnt lose any weight.

None of them work in the end. You have to change your lifestyle, there are no short cuts.

The above answers are correct, its not rocket science, eat correctly, get enough excersise, you loose weight. "Quick fixes" are fools gold.

Please no more "you need to change your lifestyle advice" Heard it before and I have !!! I'd like an answer to my original question please. So if there is anyone out there who can answer the question originally posted then please answer !! all the other self-righteous people out there please don't.
