I'm sure I haven't imagined this song, but can't find evidence of it anywhere, so I can't have the lyrics quite right. I think it was mid-90s:

"cruising down the highway in the hot, hot sun... help was on, help was on, help was on... ooh baby, you're driving me crazy... every time I look around, you're in my face...??"
