How Much Sugar Per 100G Is Ok For Diabetics Food Labelling

Im type 2 diabetic and really doing well to get my sugar under control but I was wondering about packaging of foods I was wondering per 100g what is low sugar and what is ok I am trying to stick to under 10g but is that still high?

It is the total amount of sugar you eat that counts. You can't just assume that a product that says 'low sugar' can be eaten in large amounts. You need to actually weigh out portions of food to be sure you are staying within your daily limits of sugar.
