What is the actual full joke ross and chandler are arguing over in one of the episodes of friends. they refer to a doctor and a monkey, was there an actual joke behind it? or did i just miss it?

yeah i get that you dont hear it, i was wondering if any knew if there was an ACTUAL JOKE. disregarding the fact that they didnt say what it was.
