Be-Ro Chocolate Icing

Have any of you kind people out there got the Be-Ro recipe book I think it could no. 39ish. I am now on 42. last week I gave my book away to concentrate on the new one. but alas the chocolate icing I use is not in the new one. the recipe is chocolate icing inc:- icing sugar, cocoa, softened butter, and milk (I always use evaported milk) I am still teaching my younger grandchildren to bake. so please if anyone has this recipe please will you write the amounts required. thank-you very much.

Just one question .the recipe says Hot milk.? I have never done that.?
