I think folk are being a little uncharitable here, but in all honesty, how do we know what your greatest strenghts and your areas of improvement are ? We don't know you.

What do folk think you are good at ? What do they think you aren't so hot at but could improve if you worked at it ? Why not start with a list of activities of all sorts that come into your head and later rate them as to how good you honestly are at each ?
