If I Use My Recovery Disk On My Pc Will I Use All My Photos?

can get in to my account ,think ive got mailware problem so will have to use the recovery disk that came with my pc

I'd expect the use of a recovery disk to restore the Windows system files back to their original state but to leave images, videos, documents and other data files untouched. (That's what happens if you reinstall Windows 'on top of itself').

However, if you explain your exact problem more clearly, we might be able to suggest an alternative strategy anyway.

I dont think you mean "mailware" but "Malware", which is Malicious Software.

I think a recovery disk will wipe everything off your hard disk (including phots etc), but it does depend what type of disk it is.

THIS IS WHY WE TELL PEOPLE TO BACK UP THEIR DATA TO AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE OR OTHER DEVICE.
