95% lending on a property worth �1.2m - reward offered

In case there are some savvy brokers or rich people out there has anyone come across a lender that can give a 95% residential loan based on a property worth �1.2m - full status income available? As an alternative a �100,000 secured loan will suffice. This is a genuine request and if your help leads to a result a reward will be paid so long as the lender pays me! This is a genuine request! Please no touting for business as I need to get this done myself but if you have a lead that gets the loan I estimate a reward will be in the region of �400. Best of luck! If this is against the rules ed. please forgive but as far as I can see this is a genuine request for info/help and I am sure payment is not outlawed!
