During the singing of England's national anthem before the France game, the camera focused on the soprano soloist. Just at that moment, the breeze blew her gown open, exposing a 'length of leg' up to her waist. Before we had time to full consider this , the producer cut to our prop forwards mouthing the anthem, never to return. The commentator said "I expect she is wearing something thermal" No, anyone could see she wasn't, so the commentator was useless as well.

Do you feel that the standard of sports programmes is going down? I do.

i do wish that the producer/director would desist switching to the "expert" in the stands with his video analysis

Anyway, there's a big picture of her, at the key moment, in the Daily Mail online. Phwoar! (Or whatever DM readers are supposed to say). We may see for ourselves; not a trace of thermal. The dress is described as her trade mark. So that's why people read the DM; fashion comment.
