Last night watching a hi-de hi, (series 9, episode 4 'Let them eat cake'
Ted, Spike, and Clive Dempster (DFC!) Were discussing entertainment, and Clive said why don't you do the donkey derby anymore, and ted replied it's because - blah-blah (I didn't catch the name) sold all his donkeys to the hamburger joint! So then Spike pulls a face and says don't tell me I've been eating donkey burgers!

Just makes me wonder why there isn't a beef 'mountain' or why hasn't the price of beef come down
