Yes it's true ! I'm an atheist but I have really seen the light.
In the past few weeks I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and the world looks oh so different , very bright, sharp and full of colour. Everyone looks years younger and I'm seeing my granddaughters in detail I didn't know existed.
modellar so pleased your surgery went well and you have a brighter view of the world. My very good friend was as blind as a bat and as a teenager and young woman vanity would not permit her to wear glasses and she fumbled her way round. She was also amazedwhen she had children and thought that it might be an idea to wear glasses. She had no idea how bright green was . She has since had surgery to correct her vision and has had done with the drafted glasses.
Congratulations Modeller!! Isn't modern medicine wonderful? If it's all down to God I have to wonder why he didn't get his finger out a very long time ago! Enjoy!!
keyplus That reminds me of an Agnostic friend of mine who use to say his God was spelt GOOD. When he died his religious family gave him a very long religious service, which was something he feared would happen but he added they would be doing it for themselves not him.
I did say otherwise. God gives people ability to learn and gain knowledge. Now they can either use that ability for good reasons or bad reasons. Or they can learn bad things or good things. And that is known as free will.
Keyplus, What nonsense! If you had free will you would have free choice with no penalty – but you don’t because you fervently believe that it you disobey the bullying manipulators, you will be damned for eternity. Some free will!!
You are just the person I was hoping to find. I had one cataract
removed ten days ago and there has been absolutely no improvement
in the sight of that eye. Do I wait until the other eye has been done
to see better or does not everybody`s sight improve?
Cantatrice.....can you tell me if your sight has improved now please. I too have had the operation and not happy at all tho it is just 4 days ago. I had hoped for the miracle everyone told me to expect.
