I would reverse the tax cut for the highest earners.
I would use the money that the Bank of England has been printing ( quantititive easing) to pay people to do much needed jobs like mending holes in the road.
Instead of the banks holding on to the QE money or lending it to each other or whatever they are doing with it, it would be used to get people into gainful employment thus reducing the Welfare Bill and increasing the Tax Take.
I would also tax the banker's bonuses at 99%....as it seems to be impossible to stop them getting them.

The further inland you are, the more of the infrastructure you use, so the more tax you should contribute.
Just by way of a random example, people who live in coastal towns, who have nothing but water on one side, would pay half the rate of tax of people in, say, Birmingham.
