I Use Ie 8 In Office With Other Coleagues When I Am On You Tube Before Clicking On Any Clip I Get This Meaasage Evry Time. Its Very Annoying. The Message In A Box As Follows:

Now the big problem is that I am not allowed to ignore the message. I Have to answer one out 3 options. Or else it wont let me go further.
It was never like this before. So how do I resolve this please?

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security
Select the 'Security' tab
Click on the Internet zone icon at the top of the tab page
Click the 'Custom Level' button
In the 'Miscellaneous' section change 'Display mixed content' to 'Enable'

Are you allowed to use YouTube in the office? I'm not - my employers wouldn't let me disable that option?

That worked but But on some clips there is no message but on some yes!
