does anyone know the website where you enter the food you have in your cupboard and then it gives you recipes?

If you find one, can you let me know! I'm on sickness benefit so money is really tight. By the end of each month I have a few bits left in the cupbaord and never know what I can do with them!

There was an article recently in a national newspaper about someone who did this - I thought it was clever until I realised that all they were doing was typing the ingredients into Google - have just typed a few random ingredients in and it actually found me something but the only problem is usually you need extra ingredients to make the dish they give you!

On the BBC site http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/
you can search up to 3 ingredients at a time but again you are always going to need something else. If anyone does find a site which gives you recipes for ONLY the ingredients you have then let us all know (although it would come up with some very strange meals - imagine if you only had chocolate, sardines and marmite in your cupboard!!)

It's www.cookingbynumbers.com ...have fun!
rubberduckie, what a great site. Thanks
