Well, it could be absolutely anything, but LUL = London Underground Limited - so perhaps this is to do with Oyster cards and discounted travel for students.

Or, it could be ULU - University of London Union - i.e., the Students Union of the Universty of London.

Depending on what it is, people may be more able to offer you advice on where and how to apply. Could you specifiy a broad category of what this card does/why you want one? This might help people to help you! :-) :-D

the card your talking about is a london underground entry permit.

You need one of these before you can get work on lul.

Its a one day course and you have to be sponsored by the company that you intend to work for on the underground.
