I think I would go for Rick Stein because a) I love seafood and b) Cornwall is lovely.

Went to Rick Steins a few years back, I had fish divine, OH had seam pie, it had 3 pieces of meat in it, he complained and sent it back, he had another serving that was better and they didn't charge for it.
Went to Jamie's in Reading last year, it was ok but nothing to rave about, but so dark. OH had to use his lighter thread the menu.
Nigella doesn't have restaurant so she'd have to come to mine. I'd wash up.

I'd go with ummmm, sea food is my favourite too.
Check your reviews first. My daughter went to Rick steins restaurant in mollyhawk in australia and was very disappointed.
