Linux Opperating System

Hi i have a netbook thats has linux on it, im just wondering if anyone knows of a free anti virus programme for it, i realise people say i dont need one but just for extra sureness i whould like one on it if there a free one about.many thanks for reply in advance

Avast and BitDefender are free. There are others, ClamAV being one, but from looking at a couple of reviews, those two seem to be the easiest to set up and use.

I couldn't find details of the Linux offerings on their websites, probably because I'm on a Windows machine, however if you Google anti-virus program for Linux you will get plenty of review sites with links to the various company sites.
