Honda Jazz Economy

Can anybody tell me when and how to use the Honda Jazz economy set up in simple laymans terms. Car has cruise control and is automic.

Is it a button?

If so it is probably a performance or economy setting. Just set it on economy and leave it there.

Most likely it's a setting on your auto gearbox, have a look to see if there's a button or such on the gear shift that say's sport or economy.
