I'm stuck on 7d: Astaire was one flying (2,1,4). I have A _/A/_ A _ _, so if that's right it can't be an anagram on Astaire. Also 15a: Concerning male ruler (6), for which I have _ E _ _ _ T. The fourth letter is the last of the answer to 7d
Thanks for the solutions folks. AT A PACE is a pretty crappy clue/answer in my opinion. Tim Moorey, the setter, sometimes does the Sunday Times crossword and often has dodgy clues there.
