MM sorry to say this but I think they do. They were probably not using an intrinsically safe camera to film it and they are not wearing the correct PPE. Its a no brainer because people had to die for these rules to be in existence

When I worked in the mines workers were sacked for taking pictures, risk of methane gas explosions!all lighting is via special lights.
