I recently bought something online and didnt get a confirmation email of purchase. I didnt bother writing down the number as I took it as read that all online purchases usually come with a conf email.
Suspicion aroused, I googled the company and was shocked to see how poor their service is - from what I read the way they operate is tantamount to theft.
not holding hope of receiving my order, what would be the first port of call to make a complaint agaisnt them? they have a cust svs number which boasts '24hr helpline' which never answers.
