As it's Cheltenham week and one or two ABer's have had a flutter, it might be worth taking a look elsewhere if your nag's are letting you down.

At present on paddypower.com you can get 16/1 on Pope Francis meeting the big man upstairs before the year is out (the Year of 3 Pope's bet, I kid you not), Argentina 5/6 being his first foreign visit (UK at 40/1, Falklands 150/1, expected far longer odds there) and 5/2 on him chucking his hand in before the year is out and deciding it isn't for him.

Anyone going to have a punt?

Have to admit that paddypower probably are hedging their bets given the proximity between the two, hence the short odds.
Either way, one of the papal advisers could vastly increase the coffers if he had extensive powers of persuasion!

No. I'm still reeling from losing a tenner on the Canadian bloke and, as a negative bonus, that nobody had a book on Cruft's. I correctly named the best in show on day one, three full days ante-post, and couldn't get anything on, and that's picking the winner out of 20,000.
