Is it possible to freeze chocolates?, & what effects might freezing have on them?

so yes.

Some fillings may not take to freezing but most should.

But why on earth would you not want to eat them here and now?

freeze chocs?

i have been doing this for years much nicer than out of the fridge

I have never frozen the chocolates which come in boxes but imagine it's quite possible. We always store the blocks of chocolate we buy in the freezer. We tend to to prefer our chocolate hard as it seems to last longer in the mouth, melting slowly, and doesn't make your fingers so sticky although if it gets damp it can sometimes pick up a white bloom on the surface which is quite harmless.
